Yoga is a great form of self-care and we can all use a little self-care during these trying times. Join Mandi for a free beginners level class. Together we'll gain strength, stability, balance, and decrease stress and anxiety. If you own a mat, bring it along; if you don't, we'll have a couple extras. If it's nice weather, we'll take the party outdoors!
