Friends Outreach & Little Free Libraries

The Friends are committed to supporting literacy throughout the community, through the addition of Little Free Libraries and our partnership with the West Allegheny Food Pantry (free books are now available during the food pantry's regular distribution hours).

The Friends currently manage "Little Free Libraries" at strategic locations throughout our community. So when you’re in the area, grab yourself a book to enjoy. Then, when you’re done with it, you can pass it on to a friend or neighbor OR you can bring it back for someone else OR you can return a different book for others to enjoy.

These Little Free Libraries are currently located at:

  • North Fayette Community Center, Donaldson Park
  • Findlay Township Activity Center, Imperial
  • Findlay Township Municipal Building, Clinton
  • Oakdale, next to Panhandle Trail Gazebo
  • Walden Woods, to the left on Evergreen Run by the main entrance
  • Enlow Road, Montour Trail Parking Lot
